We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Samaroli collection. This remarkable Irish whiskey is composed of a blend of Irish malt and ex-bourbon casks and it has enjoyed an extensive resting period from 1998 to 2021 before being bottled at 40% ABV by Independent bottler Samaroli. Just 282 bottles from Cask N° 10049 have been released.
Tasting notes
Deep, golden ground colour.
In the nose, it surprises us with a complex development of olfactory tones.
A textured base of ripe fruit and wet meadow opens up a range of other flavours that are drier and more mineral.
Long-lasting, with pronounced hints of dried fruits.
